"Paradiset, fantastiskt vackert hotell med så fin strand, romantiskt och tyst och avkopplande ! Vi rekommenderar att ni äter pastan på menyn, vi åkte ofta till den andra stranden på förmiddagen ( vid centrum ) den hade klarare vatten, sedan på eftermiddagen var vid vid hotellet för deras strand var också jättefin ! Åk hit ! Tips hyr vespa och utforska vi såg vilda vattenbufflar och stora varaner "

"This hotel was wonderful. From the moment you check in you are greeted by such friendly staff who are there to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The food in the restaurant is great and reasonably priced, and so is the breakfast. My husband and I came here on our honeymoon and would stay here again! The hotel is a 10 minute walk to the beach and gorgeous sunset views from the hotel rooftop pool. Can’t say enough positive things about this hotel. Thank you for a wonderful time in Phuket! "

"Our stay was wonderful. The hotel is clean and modern and staff were wonderful. The breakfast buffet was plentiful. The beach itself is rocky and uncomfortable on the feet and water shoes are needed if going into the water. Sunsets were gorgeous. We never had an issue finding beach chairs. Since the hotel is built on a cliff there are a lot of stairs (no elevators), so just something to think about if you have mobility issues. "

"check out took a while. they had to send staff to the room to verify things before you are cleared to go. toilet amenities were not replaced daily. overall, not a great experience given the Novotel branding."
