Brilliant and accommodating staff, stunning beach and amazing food. The only criticism is lack of baby changing facilities when at restaurants or at the pool and the AC was a bit temperamental

Wonderful stay! Strongly recommend if you want to relax. Staff were amazing, so helpful and kind.

Really pleased with all aspects of our stay the only problem really was that from 5 pm to midnight on every evening of our stay in mid January the adjacent temple spoilt our peace with outrageous over amplified chanting that the hotel could not control. We were told that this is only a problem at this time of the year.

I Loved the 3 Fluffy Pillows & Bed sheets & covers! Very good deep, REM sleep accessories! Keep them on each Bed. Zzzzzzzzz

We took 2 pool villas for a week in late July (low season) and were blessed with the weather. The location is quiet - and use of the next door larger resort is permitted to The Shore guests (but not the other way around). I cannot remember staying anywhere for business or pleasure where the staff were more helpful. The in-house restaurant (by the beach) serves excellent food and there are plenty of good, local cuisine, restaurants within walking distance serving excellent local fare at very...

Great hotel

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this resort. The views/beach are the definition of paradise. The rooms speak for themselves via the pictures on here. Had a minor issue i.e. We had a leak in our bathroom ceiling from the Aircon unit, BUT we were moved in to an upgraded room promptly. Prior to arriving we had seen a few reviews/comments with regards to food quality/selection but we had absolutely no issues at all and found the breakfast and evening meals to be really nice/good quality... but...

Really enjoyed our stay here. Fantastic location with lots to do in the resort and facilities to go explore the rest of the island. The resort is absolutely huge with 5 pools, 5 restaurants and a few bars. It is located on Kata Noi beach which is a bit isolated meaning most of the visitors to the beach will be from the resort and so it was comparatively quiet on the beach. The beach itself is public and the hotel's property includes pools right next to the beach so you can plant yourself on a...

Recently returned after spending 9 nights in this hotel. Very great and friendly staff also the conditions are amazing. Free shuttle to market and Phuket town arranged by the hotel also to different beach. Great private beach whatever you need to make the most of it till 3 pm around, no water then till like 7pm. Plenty restaurants and different places to eat just down the road, 5-10 minutes walk. The only down side is the food prices within hotel, European prices more like here in London....

We stayed here for a little over 2 weeks and loved every second. The hotel is still so new that they are still modifying a few little bits here and there which did not interfere with our stay at all. The rooms were bright, clean and had everything we needed and some. The location is a bit out of the way, which surprised me a little because I did do some research before travelling, however it wasn't an issue as we then just hired a car (best decision ever!) to which the reception staff helped...

Close vicinity to the Nai Harn Beach with hourly shuttle to the beach. Rooms are clean and bright. Staff always happy and smiling. Over 06 swimming pools never had problem to find pool chairs. Swim up bar serving various drinks. Excellent options in Breakfast buffet.

Everything was perfect!!! Recommended

Really enjoyed our week here. Lovely grounds and having our own private pool was amazing. The staff were very helpful and couldn't do enough for us when we asked. Meals at the restaurant were good quality and filling but for a more authentic Thai experience I would head to Jenny's Bistro 100m down the main road where food is freshly cooked, cheap and delicious.

Wonderful hotel. I went there as a last option because all the good hotels at Pathong were occupied; however, it was the best thing that could happen to me. This is the best beach in Phuket. The beach is at 7 minutes walking from the hotel but almost none hotel have beach inside the hotel. Thus it is not a problem. Besides, they transport you from the hotel to the beach in a shuttle several times in a day. The people is very nice at the hotel, mainly Soda, the lady from the tour desk that...

Very efficient car pick up from and to airport, comfortable cars and friendly drivers. Warm welcome from friendly and again efficient staff at hotel reception. Escorted to our villa through, pretty, lush gardens past the lovely pool area. The villa was secure, with unusual shabby chic, thai decor which we found attractive but the villas were in the process of being redecorated one by one. Huge bed in the large attractive bedroom, free safe in dressing room, comfortable lounge, good airco in...
