"I thought the gorilla theme was really cute and liked the shared space dorm feeling. Some guests were cheerful and not especially quiet but once it got late it was quiet and we slept well. It actually felt festive and pleasant. The bath facilities were clean. There could have been more garbage bins as they got full quickly and it became difficult to separate. The space had a good feeling and it was comfortable to sleep on futons even as a family. There's not much privacy so it might not be great...

Four japanese style bedrooms that lock separately, two toilets and showers, a spaceous kitchen, and one big shared living area which is lovingly decorated with traditional japanese decoration and furniture. It is a perfect location if you are looking to wake up early and walk to the bamboo forest, you can be one of the first people there. Kenji also gave us recommendations of places to visit in the area that you otherwise may not have known about. "
