"All staffs are super friendly and helpful very nice and kind. Airport shuttle arrived in minutes the moment i riched at the airport waiting area.got warm welcome by staffs. No complaints. Very nice friendly gesture the entire staffs. Also the morning bfast and dining was amazing very friendly helpful staffs well trained and educated."

"Super convenient for early morning or late night departures and arrivals. The restaurant at the Aero lounge was not open but there is a food court nearby. The rooms are small but clean and functional. "

"We really liked the hotel. Very polite, friendly and nice staff. The room had a historic charm. The hotel has a central location, near restaurants and attractions. The Water Metro and the ferry to Cochin is very close to the hotel. The swimming pool in the backyard is excellent because it provides a great way to relax after a busy day in Cochin."
