"great location and fairly clean. however, the wifi was horrible. my family members work from their laptops and it was incredibly difficult to get stable internet. i informed the staff but the issue remained unsolved for the whole trip. on top of that, the washing machine kept leaking when used."

"For the past 3 years, I have come every other season and have only stayed at this property. Everyone at the front desk was super nice, attentive, and very helpful. This hotel is about an 8-10-minute walk to Sensoji temple and the 24-hour Donki store, and is just outside the kitchen home area. There are Lawson and 711 not too far away, about a 13-minute walk from Tarawachi station on the Ginza line. It is also close to the Skytree.
