"We changed room 3 times bcz each time it was so dirty and every time we should pay for the upgrade
1) This resort not well maintained dirty and everything messy
2 ) Bad service the staff at lobby fight the day we arrive front of us .
3 ) Not good breakfast
4 ) Small swimming pool
5 ) Not enought sun bed
6 ) Very high price up 200 Usd/night the best rooms are i Mountain near lobby ( last rooms build ) but you should pay 250 Usd/ night for that...the rooms close to the beach are in...
"They were very attentive to our needs. They picked us up from the pier and made sure we got to our room. They were continuously keeping the grounds, pools and every area clean. When we left they made sure we got to our transfer point. We cannot race enough of how helpful and wonderful the staff were. The location was great."
