"Disgusting customer service with receptionist / manager aggressively shouting after a simple request. Water kept turning off. Beds were like concrete. 2 single beds do not fit room unless joined into a double. Do not clean rooms every day. Signs stating not to use pool ladders. Had to leave the property for hours when they used toxic chemicals to kill mosquitoes, less than 24 hours notice was provided.
