"The hotel was cleaned but the bed and pillow was made of stones, I have never slept in a such hard bed and pillow like this one. I really don’t care about luxury but for God sake, a comfortable bed and a soft comfortable pillow goes a long way and it’s a must. Also the internet was terrible, most of the time I couldn’t use the internet because the internet was weak or not available and had to use my girlfriend hot spot in order to get internet. I do not recommend this hotel and will not stay...

"We stayed for 5 nights as a family of four, booking two rooms. The resort has a beautiful location, clean rooms, friendly staff and a good breakfast. The included resort transfer to and from Koh Samet is also a great service and makes the journey very convenient. Unfortunately, there were several issues that significantly affected our stay. The most disappointing was a strong sewage smell from the shower drain in one of our two rooms. We reported it, but the only solution offered was to cover...
