It is usually hard to book a fancy Japanese ryokan in Hotels.com. It was such a luck that I could book Kiyasuya, which was exactly what I was looking for, in Hotels.com, since I could use my free voucher issued by Hotels.com. The room style was so traditional. The staffs were so friendly. There were 4 different bathrooms with hot spring (3 private, 1 public /3 out of room, 1 in your room / 3 outside, 1 inside). The dinner and breakfast were TOO nice. Really want to visit there again.
