"Stayed here for just 1 night as we were off to Plopsaland the next day. Really lovely hotel, very clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful too. Parking can be a little tricky, but we managed to get parked in the orange zone which was right outside the hotel. Plus Plopsaland was just 10 mins away, so super convenient!!"

"This was a fantastic last minute booking. The apartment was just under an hour drive from the Le Shuttle terminal, incredibly easy to find, check-in, we were able to park directly outside the front of the apartment, and the area has two Carrefour supermarkets nearby (one within walking distance, and the other just a few minutes drive away, which you pass on your way to the apartment). The apartment was immaculately clean, and smelt fresh as soon as we walked in. There were a few signs of wear and tear on some of the chairs, but this didn’t bother us, and there wasn’t an oven but a microwave, again we ate out so wasn’t a problem, however I think if you were planning on staying longer than one night it maybe a struggle if you were intending to cook your meals at the apartment. We had the ground floor apartment, so our view of the beach was obscured by the parked cars along the beach front, however having a physically disabled daughter it made accessibility so much easier as she was able to directly walk in and out of the apartment through the patio door after I had checked in using the front door. There is an elevator if staying above ground level. We felt very safe staying here, it was very peaceful and we enjoyed the most beautiful views.. was lucky enough to watch one of the most beautiful sunrises I have ever seen! I can’t comment on what it might be like to stay here during peak season as we visited at the end of January, but we would definitely come back here again! "

"Our stay at Casinohotel was great. We were in koksidje for a bike race and stayed the night. The soaker tub and breakfast spread were definitely highlights. The room was also quite large for a European hotel."

"Just over the border from France, a good stop if you are heading north from Clais. Quiet location, parking appears limited at first sight but the hotel will tell you where you can park if you arrive when the restaurant is busy. Staff all very friendly, welcoming and professional. Bedroom is by some standards "neat" but comfortable and clean. It is obvious that the owners are hands on and want to build and maintain a good reputation. Breakfast buffet is comperhensive and the restaurant is light and pleasant. Ate in the restaurant and would do so again. Will certainly return and recommend this 3 star hotel."

"Good location, 2nd line from the sea and the beach. Friendly and helpful personnel, quick check-in and very easy check-out (just leave the key on the reception counter). Garage is available at extra fee. Delhaize food store is just next door, very convenient. The 2nd line street is full of shops. Breakfast is very basic, but served on the 5th floor, with a balcony facing street side. Sea View Single room on the 1st was way below expectations. No AC in the room, just a table fan. Furniture is a bit outdated and room design far from being cheerful. Only a fraction of sea is visible from the window. Poor sound isolation, it was heard every time when people entered or left the hotel, especially during night time. Overall experience: unfortunately the hotel didn't meet our expectations and the price we paid."

"A comfortable and modern hotel situated in a beautiful and quiet area, yet only 4 minutes from the city centre and 5 minutes from the beach front. Staff were super friendly and service oriented. This is where we will stay next time we go back!"
