"This is a good hotel with a good restaurant..however..when you're purporting to be a luxurious spa hotel and commanding luxury prices the expectation and judgment is obviously strict. From a hotel that's more expensive than any in the region guests expect a seamless luxurious perfect stay. In our case the pool and hot tub were out of order the entire weekend of our stay.
