"I loved my stay at Villa 11. It is beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable and everything is done to a high quality. Elizabeth is a lovely host and the Prosecco at breakfast on Saturday was a very nice touch! As was the complimentary coffee and snacks available throughout the day. "Good location, but everywhere in Zakopane seems to be easily walkable. The room was fine. Had a fridge and a balcony with a goid view. The breakfast was really good and the staff was nice."

"Best location in Zakopane if you are there for nature and hikes rather than souvenir bonanza and get-me-the-smoked-cheese crowd control in Zakopane center. The hotel is less than 3 years old, very fresh and with super friendly and helpful staff. Hotel restaurant is gourmet level but be aware only open Thursday-Sunday (both dinner and lunch). "

Stunning property, wonderful atmosphere and great location - it's so easy to get around from there whether you feel like walking or just taking Uber. "Vi var der i 4 dager i vinterferien. Fin beliggenhet, nært gondolen opp til Kasprowy wierch. Ikke så langt å gå inn til sentrum. God og variert frokost. De i resepsjonen hadde lite peiling på om det er skiutleie i anlegget i Kuźnice, men gjorde så godt de kunne. Dårlig brannsikring. Alle etasjene er åpne gjennom trappehuset. Dørene er verken lydtett eller brannsikre."
