"The hotel is OK. There is no door between the bedroom and shower in room 2C and the water pressure was very low. There was a big stain on the ceiling, so it looks like there was a leak recently. it gets very noisy at night (there was no a/c so we had to keep the window open. The staff were helpful and the bed was reasonably comfortable."

"Hi i stay there for 1 night. Location wise no doubt is very convenient it is just right beside Cologne Station. 1 minute walk. And it is opposite the cologne cathedral. I got upgraded for free to a better room with a window view facing the cologne cathedral. The room was classic but a little bit old on the furniture. But it is very spacious with a living room no complain there. I was very please with their friendly customer service and they gave us an extra bed for free for my 9yr old & a baby...

"I was in Cologne for a 5 night stay with the goal of seeing the city and visiting my German relatives. This hotel was perfectly located and central, my room was comfortable with good air-conditioning and very clean. I was traveling alone and had no concerns for safety and many places to eat were just steps away from the hotel. "The breakfast was great. Our room was a little weird. There was a motion detector light that kept being set off inside our room. Our air conditioner was a little too loud for us so we had to turn it off. But the hotel is old and beautiful."

"Only stayed one night here. Parking is in the public parking area underground, so I was not 100% comfortable leaving anything in the car. The Hotel is walkable to the Dome and the shopping district, but just barely. Room was adequate for one night. "
