"This is the first time I've stayed at Osaka, and location was perfect. It is locatesd very closed to the Nankai Namba staion so It was very convenient to go back and forth to the airport. Further more the hotel gave me a coffee voucher can be used right next to the hotel. After the check out I can put not only my luggage but also a back pack because there is a locker. Most hotels only have self luggage locker and don't have indivisual lockers. It was very very useful for me like a person who use the evening flight"

"Our family of 4 stayed in one of Centara's family rooms and it was perfectly designed for kids, with bunk beds, a kid size closet area, and even slippers for the kids! The bathroom even had bubble bath. The room was clean, comfortable, and had beautiful views of Osaka. Great area, easily walkable to trains, shops, and restaurants. Some train noise being right by the tracks, but not noticeable overnight. Yummy complementary drinks were available by reception. We also enjoyed the serve yourself bar on the 32nd floor. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Everything was fine had the basic amenities needed that you grab at the 2nd floor reception. A little harder to find initially. Only real complaint is some trash not being taken when getting roomed cleaned or finding previous guests hair and stuff on the floor or bed (not a whole lot but reasonable amount of hair). As well the telephone to contact staff does not work or to dial anywhere else."

"Location was great. You've got the main anime area in Osaka next door, a nice outdoor market nearby, and can walk to Namba station for a variety of shopping malls. The rooms are the largest I've stayed in, in Japan, and have microwaves, which is a rarity. Would definitely recommend if you want to be able to relax inside your room at the end of the day."

"Hotel is very near to airport. Breakfast is at 21F, with great view. However breakfast does not have much variety. There are 2 tax free shops located nearby. One of the shop even operates 24 hours, where you can do your last minute shopping. Overall a nice stay."
