"The hotel was great and extremely clean however, the frustrating part was they started cleaning our room before we checked out and threw our food away out of our fridge. I left the hotel to take my kids to camp and returned to find our room being cleaned. We left our food so I could come back and get it. Apparently if you don’t answer a knock they assume you have checked out and start cleaning your room. I’m glad we only left our food there. Very frustrating end to a wonderful stay."

"What we really appreciated was the size of the room and the cleanliness. Disappointing that all the king rooms and suites face the ugly parking lot, because you’re paying a lot for room. The back of the hotel’s faces the beautiful mountains but only has queen beds. Great staff at front desk—and housecleaning super nice. Breakfast was what you expect and at least had hot options, waffles and good coffee!"

"Nice mountain vibe at the property. Comfortable beds, clean room. The yeti cooler in the room is a great idea for extended stays. Be aware that the Mountain View rooms do not have a balcony. Book a room with a balcony, we used it a lot. Great location to walk to venues downtown and the river. We will stay here again when in Missoula. Picture is a view from our balcony."
