"Clean room , staff in all areas, easy to park"

"This was a nice but dated property. We were in the “second building” that was last renovated in 2013 we were told. The website photos are accurate; however, they do not show how dated the interiors are. Everything was clean and worked properly. The staff is exceptionally helpful. The location is the best reason to stay there. It is situated next to the university and within walking distance of the White House, Metro, and National Mall. "

"The lobby is beautiful and smells really great. However when I checked into the hotel (paid an early check in fee) the bathroom was not fully cleaned, when I let housekeeping know she told her supervisor, they came back together and looked at it but did nothing to fix it right away"

"The hotel was difficult to find as it is built on a plaza above an underpass Google Maps jet taking me to. Once we checked in, the room was difficult to locate as the signage is confusing. The hotel is a complete box so our room was in the complete opposite of the elevator. The gym had ample Machine but missing free weights like dumbbells. Unusual for a facility with so many benches to be used with free weights. The beds were not comfortable. We both did not get a good nights sleep. The ice machine-purified water dispenser did not work in our floor (14th). Overall not a great experience. Would not stay here again."
