"Hotel rooms, pools and entertainment was really good However, the hotel is not by the beach… you cannot walk to it. Hotel is in the hills in residential areas. They do run a shuttle bus every hour 9-3pm only and that only takes you to working marina and it’s 20-30mins to kos town There is a couple of tiny stoney beaches but not great where bus drops you (you have to walk backwards from shuttle bus drop of) Bus often goes early as once it’s full, that’s it as it cannot take more than 20people We...

The hotel is ok for a max 4 Stars but definitely not a Luxury 5 Stars Hotel, the 1st few days the cleaning wasnt good at all, after complaining it improved a lot! "The resort is very family oriented and geared towards family activities. The entire property was clean. I was on all inclusive package and the food was very good. I got to sample things I normally wouldn’t try. I would recommend it to anyone traveling with children. "

"We arrived at the hotel to find out that the air conditioning had been turned off as it was the last week of the season although when we complained we were offered a fan. The bedroom was clean but the bathroom was tired and looked dirty. There was a good variety of food although the hot food was lukewarm and considering we were all inclusive we had to pay for water!!
