"Great hotel. Very clean, very comfortable. Air con and normal room amenities. Fridge needed attention (reported to reception when leaving) as wasn't that cold, and minibar items (unused) were not cheap. In-room coffee and tea items were replenished daily. Plenty of European plug points where needed in the room. A short walk from the tourist areas, but worth it for the quiet and the comfort. Superb restaurant next door with amazing food. "This was out third stay at Josef and everything was great as always! Staff was very helpful with early check in to our room. The room was comfortable and super clean. The amenities are top notch. One comment regarding the toiletries - they have a lovely, but very strong smell - which could be a little aggravating to guests with allergies/asthma or sensitive to strong smells. "I stayed for six nights in June. The location is unbeatable, right by the Tyn church. Also, breakfast had a great variety of selections. However, there was a night where the hot water was not working so had to take a cold shower the next morning as there was no overnight technician available.
