Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

The worst kind of booking experience ever

The hotel did not honor the booking made through hotels.com website. There was only one caretaker and he said that they do not deal with the hotels.com any more. Then why was my booking accepted by your website? I had to cancel the trip and return.
