Food was good, clean room and area is vey accessible. Very special thanks to Raymond who is in charge of concierge who helped us patiently how to navigate Hongkong from explaining the map, transit and areas to visit!!!Very nice person who demonstrated good customer service !!!

All the staff are courteous, friendly and helpful. Rooms are cleaned and tidy. Hotel is close by restaurants, shopping, transportation & waterfront. Overall, it is very good hotel and I would recommend others to stay.

This hotel is fantastic! Great service, clean, and buffet breakfast was tasty. Rating this 4 stars and not 5 b/c our room was advertised as sleeping 4 people. We were travelling as a family w/ a 9yo and 12yo. BUT the room only had one king bed. There is not way out while family could sleep in one king bed. We orders a cot, which we had to pay extra for, and our 9yo had to sleep in bed with us. The rooms should be advertised for 2 adults (possibly + 1 child).
