We only paid for a basic room but was disappointed with state of furniture in room...very 70s. Two towels that had had the best days long gone, one had a hole in it. We had kettle and two glass mugs but no tea/coffee etc, no directions to explain the fire escape routes etc. The room served its purpose for us just to sleep as out all day.

This is in a prime location, convenient walk or tram to the city centre. The staff were also very accommodating and helpful! The bedroom was newly refurbished too. This being said, we did find a bed bug in the sheets and also the shower was broken. However, do want to recognize that the bed bug could have come from our bags or clothes! Would recommend this hotel!

Cheap but not up to expectations.
Very friendly staff. The place is worn down but functioning. There was no pool, no bar, no restaurent even though it said so in the description. Having a bar outside the hotel, around the corner is NOT the same. The rooms were extremely hot and there's no air conditioning. The traffic noise from the cars and trams is 24/7 so opening the windows does not help getting better sleep. Cheap stay, maybe good for younger travelers in a budget.

It was an old building with no lift, and quite noisy due to other guests. It was fairly clean, but the bed was very soft, I think the mattress was old. It was quite expensive compared to other properties.

Teresa and her friends did not show up at our facility, so she is not entitled to an opinion because she does not know the facility. She was charged the amount because the reservation was non-refundable and is now trying to take revenge. She could have called instead and I would have been happy to reschedule their arrival to another day. Richard - manager.

Very noisy outside the hotel and it was hard to sleep with all the busses and electric trains. Beds were uncomfortable and there were no AC inte rooms so it was very hot to sleep. Plusses to the hotel was the water machine where you could get also sparkling water when ever you wanted and the staff were more than happy to give guidance for exploring the city. Overall the hotel was very out-dated but was okay for just 2 nights

Hotel Korona - polecam dla odwiedzających Kraków
Dobra lokalizacja, dostępna infrastruktura komunkacyjna miasta, pod ręką usługi i sklepy - również czynne nocą. Cena za pokój do jakości wypada bardzo dobrze. Obok dostępny basen - na razie tylko dla kadry z pwodu Covid-19, ale liczę na lepszy czas po pandemii.

Die Rezeption ist freundlich und hilfsbereit, es wird Englisch gesprochen. Ich war mit meinem Zimmer zufrieden, es gab alles was man brauchte. Schön hätte ich einen kleinen Badvorleger gefunden. Man bekam ein Handtuch, welches für Hände, Körper usw. gleichzeitig gedacht war. Grundsätzlich kein Problem für mich, es wäre dann aber schön gewesen das Handtuch vielleicht alle 2 Tage zu wechseln, da ich es nach dem duschen auch als Vorleger benutzt habe um nicht auszurutschen. Das Bett war bequem, nicht durchgelegen oder ähnliches. Mir persönlich war die Heizung zu heiß, ein Thermostat konnte ich nicht finden, das Fenster zu öffnen war keine Option, da vor dem Hotel eine von Autos und Tram viel befahrene Strasse liegt. Die Rezeption bestätigte, dass die Temperatur leider nicht regulierbar war. Da musste ich also durch :) Als Tipp: geben Sie bei der Buchung an, dass das Zimmer nach hinten raus liegen soll. Die Tramstation liegt direkt vor dem Hotel, in 10 Minuten hat man die Innenstadt erreicht und nach nur einer Station Sehenswürdigkeiten wie z.B. die Schindler Fabrik. Frühstücken kann man wohl, habe ich jedoch nicht genutzt, da rings um das Hotels viele kleine Bäcker sind. FAZIT: Als ich den Preis sah ( bei mir knapp 20€ die Nacht ) dachte ich zuerst ich würde einen Fehler machen, aber wer keinen Luxus so wie ich braucht, wird mehr als zufrieden sein. Die Punkte Handtuch und Heizung sind nicht negativ gemeint, eher als Verbesserungsvorschlag. Klare Weiterempfehlung!

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt sehr geeignet.
Beim Hotel ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis absolut in Ordnung. Frühstück kostet 15 Zloty pro Person. Hotel befindet sich ca. 2km vom Hauptplatz entfernt, für Leute die gern laufen kein Problem.
