Wonderful property! If peace and quiet is what you seek this is your place. Small resort, nice pool and awesome views. The owners are very friendly and are more than willing to make your stay great. The site is very nice. Simon is a very attentive host. The couple recently bought the resort that needs some improvements (new deck chairs, garden benches need to be painted, more lighting in the room& washroom needed…) A car is a necessity as there is nothing around. No transport to the airport. We appreciated that they offered coffee. They also make the room everyday. Other features: pool, huge kitchen and the view on the upper level terrace!

Jolanda and Simon were wonderful hosts! I was given a tour of the facility and a warm welcome. This resort functions more as a shared airbnb— open concept outside dining with connecting kitchen that all guests are welcome to use (which is nice as the island restaurants catering to tourists book up quickly this time of year, and the local hole in the wall spots often have fluctuating hours of operations). The area felt incredibly safe, especially as a woman traveling alone. My room was clean and comfortable— no television which I found to be nice, so bring some books for entertainment at night. The AC was great, the shower pressure could be better. As with most of the island, there are a lot of mosquitos so make sure to bring heavy duty bug spray! When I come back to Bonaire I will seek out the Goood resort for my stay!

Loved the thoughtfully designed layout of the beautiful amenities (sunset deck, two pools, private garden area, sun lounger chairs and shade hammocks), and shared big kitchen and dining spaces. It was as easy to fall into conversation with another guest as it was to find private space. Rooms and bathrooms were ample with comfortably firm, enormous beds. Manager Kim helpfully called to reserve restaurant seating for us and answered questions. I wish we'd had more time to just lounge around the pool - next time! Highly highly recommend the Goood Resort.

Nice small quiet hotel

This was a very nice quaint 8 room hotel nestled in the hills with fantastic views. It was very quiet and Kim was very nice and helpful and gave us an entire tour of the property. The hotel is very quiet and serene.

Kim was terrific and helpful with tips and dinner reservations. Yvonne prepared delicious, varied and filling breakfasts. The view is as great as we remembered from a visit here long ago. Time to plan a return visit sooner!

Fantastic spot - a true home away from home

We absolutely loved staying at Goood during our holiday at Bonaire. Leonie & Reinier are perfect hosts who actively try to make your stay better than it already was. The resort is conveniently located nearby many activities you can do at Bonaire. And after you're done doing whatever you want, there's the brilliant swimming pool with a view waiting on you. We would go again in a heart beat.

Super vakantie in Goood Resort bij Mindy en Rodi

We hebben niet anders dan genoten van onze week in Goood Resort op Bonaire. Van het vliegveld opgehaald door Mindy en Rodi die sinds 2 jaar Goood Resort runnen. Wij kozen voor Goood Resort vanwege de kleinschaligheid en uitstekende reviews van eerdere gasten. Aan die reviews was niets gelogen! Internationale maar bovenal vriendelijke gasten, fijn zwembad, whirlpool, loungebanken, hangmatten, schaduwplekken, uitstekend ontbij afgestemd op jouw wensen, een gemeenschappelijk keuken om gezamenlijk of individueel je eigen ontbijt, lunch of diner te maken, Goood Resort heeft het allemaal! En dan Bonaire ... kom je voor feesten en winkelen, dan zit je verkeerd. Hier kom je voor de zon, om te duiken of te snorkelen ( must do!), te windsurfen of te kiten, de baaitjes te verkennen, vis te eten, of van de natuur met de vele loslopende ezels , geiten, flamingo's en hagedisachtigen te genieten. Of off road te rijden in het Nationaal Park Slagbaai. Dat is ook een aanrader, omdat daar alles samen komt. Maar op Bonaire ben je ook vooral om te relaxen. Dat gaat op Bonaire prima. Bijzonder is ook dat je je auto onafgesloten achter kunt laten. Wel je kostbaarheden eruit natuurlijk....... Food is duur op Bonaire. Zowel in het restaurant als in de supermarkten (zelfs een AH en Jumbo in Kralendijk). Maar de vis in de restaurants is super. Verser dan vers en met name de gebakken baracuda en rauwe tonijn zijn heerlijk. Libertad vonden wij een zeer betrouwbare en vriendelijke autoverhuurder.

This resort is the nicest place we have ever stayed at. It is beautiful, spotless and Mindy and Rody provided warm and perfect hospitality. They gave us so much information about what to do and great places to eat on the island. Staying here made our stay so much more fun- aside from the fact that the property is perfect for a relaxing get away.

A very Goood place

A beautiful setting with views over Kralendijk and Klein Bonaire. Paths close by to meander along and perhaps glimpse Parakeets. The resort itself has a lot of character, is lovely and expansive, with a number of places to lounge, the double hammocks were a favorite. There’s great options to create your own meals and the town is very close by for eating out. Should you have breakfast provided, you are in for a treat. Excellent beds and rooms are very clean. Superb WiFi. The staff is wonderful. We were so glad to find this place and would return in a heartbeat.

Very special resort

What a wonderful place to stay. I cannot say enough about how friendly the staff were and how accommodating they were throughout my entire four night stay. The rooms are extremely clean and inviting, beds are comfortable, and there is a breathtaking view of the city right in front of the swimming pool. You can even walk up stairs to a cute little spot above the pool and stare at the stars at night and the lit up city. There is a community kitchen where you can cook, refrigerators to store food, and beer or other drinks are always available for a small fee. The staff will befriend you and make you feel at home. Cannot recommend Goood Resort enough!

Een thuis ver van huis

Bij aankomst werd gezegd "doe alsof je thuis bent" en Mindy en Rody doen er ook alles aan om je thuis te laten voelen. Mindy maakt samen met Milena een lekker ontbijt voor je klaar, wat en hoeveel je maar wilt. Je kunt gebruik maken van de koelkast voor je eigen eten en drinken en de keuken voor als je zelf wilt koken. De hangmatten in de schaduw zijn echt fantastisch net als de hele buitenruimte met zwembad. Door de inrichting van het resort ontstaat vanzelf gezellig contact met de andere gasten.

Wonderful,interesting staff. Rody and Mindy could not be better at managing this resort. Anything asked for will be happily and wonderfully done. The place is beautiful. Wonderful location and spectacular views. Always cooled with constant breezes.Rooms are perfect with the biggest beds you will ever have at a resort. Plenty of terrific thick towels. Nice small pool and plenty of lounges and hammocks to enjoy. However, takes a little while to getting used to learning your way around. Breakfasts are plentiful and delicious. Will stay there again when we return to Bonaire.

Nice hotel up in the hills

We had a great time at the Goood Resort Mindy and her boyfriend such great hosts very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is very pretty great pool lot's of outdoor seating. We had a very nice stay.

Goood Resort was an amazing, tranquil place. Great location atop a hill overlooking the city and ocean. Very tidy and homey. Made to order breakfast and friendly guests.

It is small but nice, located on a hill nice fiew.

The treatment was very good, but i missed a tv in the room.It's private, security is allright. The owner received us very good allthough we checkin very late due delay insel air. I still in Curacao right now, because of insel air and its delays. I sleeped one night in Curacao, hoping to get to Aruba today.
