"Awful. The website is tricky. The pictures are tricky. They sent us to stay in another building, with no staff. It was mainly a museum, with nobody there, very creepy. I didn’t even feel safe at night. The towels were so old and dirty. The carpet was so dirty. There was dirty linens in the hallway and nobody even bother to clean it. There is no elevator and there is nobody to help you to take your luggage up. I absolutely do not recommend to stay here."

"Después de las 9 om que llegué al hotel, la fila para el check-in estaba larguísima y tomó más de una hora que me atendieran. Supuestamente había una falla de sistema, pero el personal parecía no tener un plan alternativo para dar una atención apropiafa en tales contingencias."

"Website claimed there was an airport shuttle. no! Room only had decaf coffee and advertised air conditioning could not be controlled. Front desk was not helpful with area restaurants only one next door. Taxis are available continuously wish we had that information."
