"The room wasn't clean at all, the air conditioning wasn't working and in the night outside was 21-22 and inside the room 25 and couldn't sleep. The manager didn't help or try to fix the situation, and prefer to defend that the days were to hot, instead of fixing the air or cleaning the filters that were totally block of dust. The lights for getting to the room have to be turn on manually by us... one day trying to turning on in the darkness we turn push the emergency button by mistake that was...

"Loved the family suite, felt a cool place to hang out in for adults and the kids. The kids enjoyed the pool and my husband enjoyed the breakfasts.
We felt the dinner menu was limited, especially for vegetarians"

"My family and I could not have been more pleased during our recent overnight stay. Very conveniently located. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Very personable. They made very insightful activity suggestions. The “classic quadruple” room was incredibly spacious and very nicely decorated. Immaculately clean. In short, the perfect place to stay for an overnight trip to Bruges. We highly recommend!!"
