It offers beautiful views, spotless rooms, highly professional staff, an excellent bar with delicious coffees, cookies and snacks, and convenient access to shops and restaurants. "It was great experience to visit this place. Room was equipped with everything we needed for stay. Pool is clean and great. We were with 1 year old kid - garden is full of old big trees - and for kids there are many attractions. Thanks to them. We will definitely visit them again."

"Clean, comfortable and dead quiet - just what is needed. Twin room was a bit cramped for 2 people but it had the quietest air con. Dinner was ok but very stodgy - even the chicken shkmeruli came battered, which is certainly not the Georgian way."

"Omg the hotel is amazing loved our room with all the quirkness of the bathroom shower, bookcase and comfy couch to slouch in and the industrial exposed walls and ceiling. The work space with books and art love love ❤️. Plus we had amazing service in Cafe Stamba for dinner with the Chef doing a special design on our deserts. Definitely 10 out of 10."

"Beginning the review with the area that needs the hotel’s most urgent attention: customer service. For a property of this scale and international profile, the service was surprisingly inconsistent. Many staff members appeared disengaged, often offering no greeting, no acknowledgment, and no willingness to assist. This wasn’t about their English; it was the absence of even a polite smile, a simple “hello,” or an attempt to clarify a question. I’m familiar with the more reserved service style...

"Having sent a number of emails enquiring about an early check-in without response, we arrived at 11:30am, exhausted after an overnight flight, and were told, by the miserable receptionist, that we should have booked the room for the day before if we wanted an early check-in (@£200+!!). We were not even offered a glass of water or somewhere to freshen up. Not the kind of welcome I would expect from a “top” hotel. As such we, sat and waited in the reception area where I promptly fell asleep. Oh...

Despite the explicit manufacturer care labels stating "Dry Clean Only / Hand Wash Cold," the staff completely...
