"Having problem when check in. Need to call Expedia support to be able to check in. When got room, room no 1 got no toilet door. Room number 2 smell cigarette. Ask for room change and got room without lock. The toilet door mulfuction. Hose leaking water. Very unsafe. Overall experience very disappointed even for budget hotel. Been into same price room elsewhere but better room and experience. Not recommend to others to book here. Mark my word. "

1.Saya sudah booking dan bayar melalui debit kad. Bila sampai malam jam 10pm lebih tiada staf bertugas malam dan perlu qr deposit rm50 sblm diberi kod access.Namun staf yg saya hubungi melalui whatsapp memberi kelonggaran utk membuat bayaran keesokkan hari dan memberi cod utk masuk.
2. bilik ada pepijat dan sangat menganggu tidur.
Harap pihak hotel mengambil tindakan untuk menghapuskan pepijat demi keselesaan pengguna dan penjelasan menganai deposit dalam app supaya...
