Very nice staff. Rooms are very good w AC and nice in room bathroom. Excellently situated almost in the Masjid Jamek Station. 10-20 mins via LRT MRT to n from any place- Bukit Bingtang KLCC Batu Caves Thean Hou KL Sentral Merdeka etc.. Most importantly walkable within 20-30 mins from anywhere in KL after midnight.Safe neighbourhood- as is all KL. Highly Recommended.

A hidden gem in KL.

Excellent place to stay in Kuala Lumpur. Staff were amazing and, the room & beds were excellent. We had a little difficulty regulating the a/c but, it was a minor inconvenience. We loved our stay here.

The Hotel is merely 150 meters away from the kuala lumpur, within walking distance to most attractions in Kuala Lumpur. Staff: efficient but unfriendly. Room has smell of sewer. At one night there was loud drilling for one hour (2-3am). Ineffective communication with Expedia: hotel insists on collecting Malaysia tourism tax though it is explicitly stated by Expedia that it will pay to Malaysia Custom. The procedure for refund exists if you how to but time consuming.

Clean, Close to LRT station, nearby easteries

Close to LRT station, very convenient for transfer to other locations. McD at groundfloor, Burger King and KFC opposite. Convenient to snack when hungry. Simple, clean and basic amenities in room. Electric kettle in room convenient for breakfast and bedtime drink. Good wifi. Cons: poor soundproof, can hear noise from other guests at corridor. Noisy shower head (maybe due to pump at maximum level). Lift a bit slow. Overall very comfortable with good deal. Will stay here again.

最初案内された部屋にはゴキブリがいた。 苦情を言ったらすぐに部屋を変えてくれたが、しばらく使っていなかったのか、エアコンがカビっぽく、匂いがした。 他の宿泊者がドアを閉める時の音が響き渡り、何度も起こされてゆっくり寝る事ができなかった。 以前宿泊したときは快適だったのに、がっかり。 もう利用しないと思う。

ツインルームで予約したのに、最初ダブルルームを案内されました。説明したらツインルームを用意してくれましたが、その部屋は使用済みのシャワーキャップが扉にかかっていたり、トイレットペーパーが切れていたりと清掃済みなのか不安になりました。部屋を変えてもらったり、トイレットペーパーをもらったり、いちいち説明しなければいけないのはちょっと面倒でした。

The staff are super friendly and helpful. The rooms are a reasonable size. The top floor sitting and eating area is clean and comfortable. The hotel has done a lot to make the limited space in downtown KL welcoming and homelike.

It is such a pleasant experience staying at this hotel. Staying here was one of the highlight of my 3rd trip to KL. It is the best budget hotel I've ever stayed. The room was clean and comfortable, the hot water and the shower was great, we got a hairdryer, an electric kettle, all bath essentials. The staffs were all very friendly and cheerful all the time. And what I love the most was the ROOFTOP!! It's so clean and comfy and there's a lot spaces to chill and have a chat at the reading room. Overall I just can thank enough to the staffs and thankful I came across this hotel which is located next to McDonald's and lots of convenience store and near LRT station, like really near, just a minute walking. Definitely gonna come back here and gonna recommend this hotel to my friends and families.

Bad room connected to smoking terrace

The hotel could not find my booking upon arrival. I was a young female traveling alone so I asked to be placed on a high floor for safety. I was placed in a room with a window into the public smoking terrace, where men and workers were constantly stabding directly outside my window and smoking. The walls need to be cleaned badly. Made the room look dirty. Otherwise is decent condition and kind enough staff. The double lock on my door was broken.
