Very nice stay

Had a fantastic couple of nights.. just 2 little things, I couldn’t turn the aircon down so I was really cold and the WiFi kept dropping out which was annoying. Helpful staff, beautiful pool, nice bresiand discount for over 60!

We ended up having to check out of the property. The shower was not properly hinged and created water collection on the floor, which was an extreme hazard. We were supposed to be refunded for the second night and that was a lie, this is not a 4-star hotel.

The hotel is too old to charge like a 4star rate. The room smells old n over used. The bed got bed bugs cos i woke up with spots and sore eyes due to bed bugs. The pillow is like been uses for thousands of time. The walk way is old This hotel room should be price rm50-100 then its worth the stay.

Very disappointed. First room offered had no windows! Felt like a prison. Asked for another room - which faced a wall. Staff unfriendly and unhelpful. Pool area was packed full of kids. Thankfully the gym is serviceable.

The outside of the hotel needs work; be aware that parking is in the basement of the shopping center and you have to take the card with you to validate your parking. That is if you can find anyone to validate the parking - they either have people lined up checking in/out or the desk clerks are no where to be found. We just paid for parking because it wasn’t worth the hassle. The bar is closed which is why we picked the hotel and nothing on the website said it was closed. There is nothing at this location, so you will need a car if doing any activities. I would only stay at this hotel if I needed a place to stay for one night.

Hotel location near Sultan Mizan mosque and lake was breathtaking. Check in took 25 minutes waiting in line. Only 1 person at front desk during peak check in time. Room given was not cleaned, bed not made! Given nicer room to compensate, but no towels or hangers provided. Towels finally arrived after 5 hours! Room safe was not attached to any surface. Anyone can walk away with your valuables! Room was nice but the maze of corridors can be claustrophobic.

Had a really good stay! The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient. The staff Liyana were especially helpful and friendly — always ready to assist with anything we needed. Would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

It was an average stay for the night to rest from the drive before continuing the journey up North. It was a decent night stay as we only check-in around 330am and check out by 10am. Basic amenities, bed was ok but pillow was terribly soft and flat.
