Location is excellent as there’s a sheltered link bridge that leads to Pavilion and an underpath through KLCC to go to KLCC Suria mall. Staff is always very friendly and attentive. This is our 3rd or 4th time staying in this hotel.

This was my second stay at Grand Hyatt KL. The hotel itself is lovely. Rooms are a fantastic layout so you’re not tripping over suitcases. The location of the hotel is the biggest selling point though. Short walk to the towers (cutting through the convention centre making it mostly air conditioned). And a covered skywalk all the way to the malls and restaurants at Pavilion. Excellent pool as well!

One of the best hotels we’ve stayed in and highly recommended. We stayed in a Grand suite. The room was fantastic with amazing views over the Twin Towers. The Club Lounge was one of the best we’ve enjoyed, with great attentive service without being pretentious. The breakfast was immense with so many choices and daily rotations, again with amazing views. The location is fantastic within easy walking distance of KLCC park, Bukit Bintang and transport. The staff were all excellent, but a special mention to Jian in the lounge and then Mikail in the Pool House who truly went above and beyond. We’ll definitely be back!!

Clean modern hotel as you would expect from a grand Hyatt. Used pool for a swim but it got busy with families in afternoon I noticed. Keep in mind. The lifts up and down drive you nuts to start until you get in the rhythm. Great location for putting on the sneakers and heading for a walk both ways outside the front door.
