1st room they gave us was listed non smoking but had smoke smells. They provided no other options but to spray perfume. Extremely dirty towels and sheets, including blood, hair, and dirt. Rugs were filthy and smelled of urine. The second room they gave us was equally dirty, had smelly mildewed shorts from previous guest hanging in the closet - and the electricity got cut at night from the power company because they didn't pay the electric bill. The electricity was not restored.

Good.
First day we arrived, one our clean towel was damp and wasn’t that clean. 2nd day our toilet bowl was almost overflowed and they came to fix it 30 minutes later. Overall a good but can be improve.

We requested but did not get two access cards. The room was freezingly cold, when requested for two blankets, we got only one! There's no complimentary coffee, tea or suger. They charged an extra $10 per night, when I'm supposed to have paid in full! I'll never return to KL Service Apt, even if they paid me!

KL IS KOOL
The internet was spotty and frustrating at times, otherwise, I liked the hotel quite a bit. It was walking distance to the MRT and a number of coffee shops and restaurants (if you're not familiar with the weather in Malaysia, just know you WILL sweat, so minimizing your walking is a blessing-STEEEAMY : ) ). This hotel is suitable for any of your typical travelling needs and KL was super cool. The Batu caves were the most beautiful attraction I've seen in any of my travels-a must see!

Location is great. Apartment is old. The layout is weird. There’s a wardrobe right in front of the bed, but there is no space to open the door. You need to walk sideways to pass thru. Weird sewage smell in toilet. Luckily the smell doesn’t linger into bedroom

Good Experience
The apartment was in good condition and central to all the facilities for travel. For the first day I was given a temporary room, that was sorted by the second day, other than that the support and service was excellent. I myself would certainly use the Time Square apartments again. I would give 4.5-5 star.

Good at cheap price but not a great hotel
It was cheap and the property is a bit dated and is very much an apartment not a hotel with extensive service but comfortable enough at the price. Unexpected key deposit requirement (in cash) was also a bit of a nasty surprise as well. Good location though and very central to shopping.

the service apartment booking is run by agent, and the agent management is not professional. the room is messy and unclean during checking. the room is quite old, the towers are yellowish... but the city view from the hotel is great.

Property was clean and secure all the time. the room was capacious however the worst thing was that the internet was available only in the room. You come out of the room and u would lose the connection Plus there was no phone connection and no locker in the room!!

Room check in need to make local calls, not recommended for no phone card traveller. Room is old and poor condition. Two thin bathing towels are provided, with 2 tooth brushes, 2 small shampoo bottles and 2 tiny soaps. No hand/ hair/ face towel, and no bathing mat for the floor which makes to toilet really wet after shower, Bathtub is old (rusting) Water needs very long time to heat up which was not mentioned with any note, have to shower with cold water at the beginning. Toilet has bunch of insect on the ceiling. I have video for that living thing recorded. Highly doubt the floor has cleaned as we saw rubbish still on the floor. Blanket case is full with wrinkles and body hair on bed! Totally horrible stay.

The owner of the property was extremely unprofessional and rude, he also made us feel extremely unsafe. We waited for 30 mins in the lobby waiting for him to decide to take us to our room. The room was dirty, smelly and had ripped and shaking carpets and lampshades. We immediately asked for our deposit back and left. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend. The owner also said he mitigated the situation with us but he did not. He was a aggressive and yelled at us. We did not feel safe to even tell him we were leaving.

Hotel is well located in KL. Accesable by train service to travel throughout KL. hope the hotel could refurnish in near future, fixtures looks kinda old.

improve the services by add in basic item
I propose the operator to add basic item in their package - Tea Bag, sugar, coffee,and 2 bottle of mineral water. I paid RM 130 per night and they don't have such basic item. that's very up-sad me. the last round i stay there (maybe other operator) still have the basic item. The hotel building looked nice, however the hotel room not taken care well. hard to feedback is personal experience.

Super-sized room in a central location.
Nice swimming pool & a great shopping mall attached with a really fun indoor playground for my kids. We have had a pleasant time in our spacious 1 room.

Nice Area To Stay.
Good: - super-sized room - Great bathroom (incl. shower booth and bathtub) - Superb location (only a stop away from Bukit Bintang on monorail, or you can walk 5-10 mins if you can bare the heat and humidity) - Shopping mall is in the same building, so you can do everything in the building if you don't feel like going out - Friendly and helpful staff Bad: - Cleanness of the kitchen amenities.

Unpleasant Stay
A really bad experience;first time using Expedia to book this service apartment, never expect the beginning of my nightmare together with my friends. Upon arrival we find difficult of contacting the person for check in, Once we got the room,the aircon for both the master and another bed room does not work and what kind of excuse the person in charge said is due to weather must wait for half an hours so it will be cold but in the end it turn out to be the aircon issue. The blanket is like long time never wash got germs and the other room my friends stayed stink; water overflow from the urine sides and they try to do it but in the end still never solved it. Lastly upon check out was told earlier to give 10 mins for the person in charge but to no avail he did not answer my call and was furious that we are rushing to catch a flight. Furthermore he dare to tell me his mobile phone left it with someone else,what a reason. I would advise those who want to stay in this service apartment, seriously think twice , coz I heard guest complaining here and there. Never would I want to try Expedia on service apartment. A really good lesson for me & friends to take note

Very Poor Apartment in a decent hotel
As we were to arrive in KL early morning we booked our apartment from the night before but on arrival there was still no room made up for us. Our sheets were not changed in the 6 nights we were there, the towels were stained and on check in there was a wet/damaged toilet roll for our use. Items usually provided to guests eg tea, coffee supplies were not provided. Apartment Staff were surly and unpleasant and even though we had a late 2pm check out were harassing us to leave from about 10.30am onwards. Definitely would not ever book these apartments again
