Best Value
This hotel is my always choice for a stay in KL. Close to plenty of great food options as well as NU Sentral mall and KL Sentral station. Easy to get to most places in KL as well. Grab drivers do have some trouble finding it as there are several branches of Myhotel nearby. Just explain that it is the one behind the YMCA and they can usually find it quickly.

The staff is not professional as the receipt is Rm107 and the invoice is RM170 for one of the room I booked. I paid through credit card is RM510 for three rooms(RM170 Each)

Location and Value for Money
If you want to check in earlier than 2pm, you will be charged. Nearby Kl Sentral, so easy access to any place in KL and also Airport.

Loved it.
Exceptional management. Run like a 5 star on a smaller scale. Great value for money. I generally only stay at 5 star but this was a refreshing experience. The area is also full of great value street shopping. Local Malaysia real experience without the glamour in the area but all the modern amenities when you get back to your room. Really cooperative staff.

Overall it was Good
It was good and Nice and only problem is the parking facilities is poor and we couldn’t get parking.. they should atleast reserve some parking spot for the guest..

i requested for a water kettle and they promised to provide it but until the next morning no water kettle was delivered to our room. The hotel does not provide free shampoo,toothbrush or toothpaste

Bit further from KL Sentral than other budget hotels in the area. I guess that’s the reason for more competitive price. Room was clean although u can see it’s ageing. With window but view wasn’t great (piles of rubbish). Everything works. Reasonable choice for limited budget or a short stay. Some hotels in the area are nicer for slightly more - so do the research. Anyway I’d stay here again for the money I paid.

Over night stay near KL Sentral.
Good for an over night stay near the bus station. Our room air conditioner not working well. Everything was OK for the location for us. Would stay again. If we had stayed another night they would have fixed air conditioner or given us a different room. Staff, location and price are great.

Stay away. Totally unprofessional reception.
I was late for my dinner meeting as my flight got delayed. Upon arrival found out that I booked the wrong date. I asked the reception for the wifi password so that I can go online to make a new booking. He proudly announced that the internet routers were under maintenance so no internet available. He continued. Use your Mobile phone internet to make the booking....with a wry smile. No apologies what so ever. After I managed to make a new reservation, I showed him the reservation ID but he refused to check me in saying its hotel policy. Afterwhich he dissapeared to the backroom. Another obnoxious receptionist arrived. I am very sure he is both dumb and deaf becaused he kept quiet all the while when being asked to check for my reservation. I know what is my policy. I aint going back and neither should anyone unless you want to be rediculed for staying there. BTW the internet was unavailable for the entire stay for which it must have been a great accomplishment for the hotel.

Not value of money.
Hotel is at walking distance to trains, buses and restaurants. Bit noisy but all over Location is good. Warm shower with no soaps. Front staff is rude and non helping, no greetings or smile on arrival, didn't know details of booking n non presentable. Only Room window opens to rubbish dumping area, a perfect way to start a very unpleasant day with unpleasant view. Air Conditioning is worst, a table fan can do a better job. Walls are full of marks n dirt, desperately needs new paints and fungus is growing below on toilet wooden curtains can make you vomit. Bed linens has after wash marks.

We were now the second time in one month in this hotel. Hotel is on a really good location - just jump away from KL Central. Location is quite at night. Rooms are big enough and clean. But the last one we arranged has bad smell. Good value for this money. We had bad experience with one guy on reception : we asked him to call a taxi for us to the airport and he sent us his friend (with private very small car). They wanted 110 Rm to the airport. But we didn't agree. My husband went to the street after all and for official taxi we pay 80 Rm! We didn't aspect such a behavior from the employed in hotel!

Nice hotel for good price on great location
Very good choice for budget price. Very close to central metro station - just trough the big new shopping centre. Rooms are big enough and clean. Will come back at the and of our journey.

Location convenient and good rates
Getting food is convenient, as there are local food stalls surrounding the hotel. Hotel is also close to transportation hub, KL Sentral. Room has strong musky smell when first stepped in but with the aircond switched on, smell seems to be gone. I requested for hair dryer on hotel reservation and again during check-in, item was never sent.
