"Huge building with lots of guest. Well run, planet of lifts, good location, nice room, a chance to walk some clothes while travelling. Easy walk to everything, great views of the Petronas Towers. Breakfast was crap, bland, unappetising and repetitive, we eventually went out for breakfast in a nearby mall. That apart, good stay! Check out the view from our room!"

"Absolutely terrible. The apartment does not nearly match the pictures. Checkin is terrible and confusing, there's no desk. Communication is terrible. Asked to pay RM200 to some QR link as a deposit. The whole thing is a scam really. Hotels.com is responsible for this mess."
