Aircond tidak dipasang dlm bilik.. Aircond hotel nie adalah centralise aircond. Kerana kurang pengunjung, mereka tidak membuka aircond. Bila komplen maintenance kata aircond mereka mengunakan asas air. Mengarut sebab ini bukan kali permata saya menetap di hotel ini n selama ini tidak pernah ada masalah aircond. Amat teruk terpaksa tidur dalam kepanasan bersama anak. Too bad servis tidak setanding dengan nama hotel.

I like everything except for the toilet. They need to improved the cleanliness of the toilet. And one more the light near my door are not working....so please take note...😊 Everything was just nice 👌😌

the room at 204 is not clean and the air condition not function only have ceiling fan..maybe the house keeping did'nt change the bed sheet ..make us itchy all night

During booking, we stated 4 adults and 2 kids. The package comes with breakfast. During check in, the frontdesk said they can only provide breakfast for 4 persons. We had no idea about this. It is a miscommunication between the hotel and hotels.com. I told the frontdesk that we were not informed earlier. I also told him that 2 kids will not finish up all their food. In the end, they reluctantly gave us 2 complimentary breakfast for kids.
