My stay at The Face Suites in KL was fantastic and truly exceeded expectations. This hotel-apartment hybrid offers the perfect blend of space, comfort, and an unbeatable city view. The standout feature for me was definitely the rooftop infinity pool – it offers a breathtaking view of the Petronas Twin Towers and the KL Tower. Whether during the day or lit up at night, it’s absolutely stunning and one of the most iconic views you can experience in KL.

The hotel has a great location, plenty of water, and is spacious, but it has too many shortcomings. I stayed in Building C, and I couldn't get to the pool with the Petronas Twin Towers as shown in their promotional photos. The promotional photos seem to show it in the building next door, so I couldn't get there! The pool upstairs only had a small view of the Petronas Twin Towers from one angle. The pool was very small, the security guard was very rude, the rooms smelled bad, and there was inexplicable singing, especially after 5 a.m. The elevator was really slow, and we even sank down once when we were in the elevator. It was so shaky and wobbly, it was a real safety hazard! Lightning protection! !!!

The room i got was very nice although there was little to any hot water, for all you military guys without a passport this is definitely not the hotel for you as they will not under any circumstances let you check in without one. Definitely would recommend the superior room tho for the space and very modern bathroom and open space available.

The face suites was just as good as 2022. Their dining area upstairs had alot of good options on the menu to choose from. Their staff was friendly and helpful with any problems I had. I would be glad to go there next year for Amg

Avoid staying here. The lifts are utterly inadequate. You will wait over an hour on the upper floors to get down stairs, or like we had to, take the stairs in 30 degree heat. Management utterly uninterested. Flat was adequate, but the facilities are barely so. Despite being accommodation for 4 you get 2 or 3 of everything. Starting to get shabby and not entirely clean. Bar is not good and the food very poor. Pool was closed for most of our stay, but the seats were broken and it had a very unloved air about it. Check-in staff were rude and unhelpful. Check out was polite but disinterested in complaints. I was encouraged to give a bad review rather than being offered any solutions. Don’t stay here. There are many much better options.

Right after checking in, I found bugs in the room. It was disgusting. I immediately informed the staff, but they didn’t offer any help, no apology, and acted completely uninterested. That alone should’ve been enough to leave. On top of that, the hotel is confusing — they don’t explain anything, not even how to get to your room. Not all elevators go to every floor, and no one bothered to mention that, so I wasted time trying to figure it out on my own. The service overall was rude and careless, and the cleanliness was clearly not a priority. I’m really disappointed and can’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Definitely not worth the money.

Great stay. Lobby and elevators get quite busy. Especially in the evenings. The pool got busy too due to the sister hotel having maintenance in their pool. Wifi is quite spotty but overall a great hotel. Love the gym and pool

This was an excellent choice from the moment we made the booking. The rooms were big and very clean. The other facilities including the rooftop bar and pool were a delight. The staff was very friendly and whenever we needed something they were a phone call away. Lots of attractions, malls, and other points of interest within walking distance. Will be back soon.
