"Our stay at Kona Bali Kai was very nice. The condo had a washer and dryer inside the unit, which was wonderful. The ocean view from the room was great. There was a pool and hot tub on site , which looked nice, but we never had a chance to try it out. The only thing that would have made it better would be an air conditioner."

"Clean, quiet, and easy check-in. The hours of the onsite office starts at 10am, and I did not receive a response to my request for a late check-out prior to the 11am checkout time. Otherwise, great stay."

"Great location. Easy walk into the heart of Ali'i Dr. shops and restaurants. Nice room, had everything we needed. Elevator wasn't working, didn't bother us as we were on a lower floor, but those above us didn't have it so easy. We were told the "parts were on order". Hot tub by pool also wasn't working, were going to call in someone to "look at it". Pool was perfect. Would definitely return. Beautiful scenery. "
