Location of hotel is within reach to eateries and places that we wanted to go. Car park area is conveniently located. Reception, check-in and check-out formalities were smooth. Room was fine. But no breakfast. Will visit again during our next visit to Kulim.

Great for business travelers to Kulim Hi-Tech Park

Basic but acceptable hotel within range of the Kulim Hi-tech industrial park. It lacks a cafe / dining resources, but has eateries / street side burger stand outside. No decent breakfast in the area for business travelers needing a bite before heading to work.

I like the location and the general area. A bit disappointed this time around (i am a regular patron there), as there were ants in the room and on the bed. Bedding and towel also had a musky odor/smell, very unpleasant. I think it wasn't changed after the last customer.

Clean and comfortable,however,the shampoo and soap was not top up daily,there was one day the cleaner forgot to close my door tightly,but overall,satisfied with the service and hospitality

For the price we paid it was great and had what we needed. It felt pretty safe as the hotel has it's own compound. The staff were friendly and there is a restaurant just beside the hotel.

Only this hotel available here at Kulim that are suitable. Must Have a proper link hotel with expedia, such issues of my booking that are not recorded by the hotel or the hotel not receiving ada details of my reservation; for customer convinient should the hotel call expedia not me.
