What a little gem the Aloft Grand turned out to be. The chalets provide you with everything you need for your stay and the staff are beyond helpful. We were passing through Ella from Kandy on our way to Galle and wished we’d planned our trip differently to have more time in Ella. One of the best things about the accommodation is the incredible view and also the nature. Absolutely loved it and would definitely staff again. The day we were leaving the hotel organised our car to Galle at a very...

Really great stay. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful

Stayed for 2 nights in November in the family room with mountain view & our own roof terrace with table, chairs & hammocks. Our room was very nice, clean & the beds were comfortable. Bathroom was a good size. The breakfast was delicious & the view from the roof terrace was great & we were lucky enough to watch a giant squirrel building it's nest at the top of a tree, as well as see some tiny squirrels & it was lovely to see & hear the birds singing early in the morning. The owner Nimal was...

excellent property. close to restaurants. nice location. Awesome view. wish we could have stayed more days.

Property was brand new and very well maintained. The manager Melanie was awesome, available at all times and very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable.

We stayed at the Poomaz Peace palace for 3 nights. The accommodation is within minutes of the main street and because of the close proximity you can hear the live music each night. However the music usually does stop by 23:00. The room was spacious and clean and offers a fridge, kettle, hair dryer, soap, towels and has a shared balcony where breakfast is served each morning. The wifi connection was good and Poorna the owner was very responsive and available via whats app for any requests or...

Liked the 5-10 min walk into town along the rail line. Room amazing view of hills - Ella Rock, waterfall, little Adam’s peak. Lots of birds on trees from balcony and mongooses in garden. Staff helpful. Breakfast (Sri Lankan) great. Had 2 double bedded room which was large and lots of space.

Clean room Very helpful staff Food was excellent Very good communication Excellent service Very beautiful location

We had a great stay at Elevate Ella Resort and Spa. The hotel is beautiful, with stunning mountain views and a very nice pool area. Breakfast was varied and tasty. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay.

Lovely hotel right by the town (allbeit up a very steep path!) but literally took 2 minutes to get to the main road with all the bars/restaurants. Our room was lovely, with a balcony looking out over to Ella rock and little Adam’s peak. Very comfy bed, tv, mini fridge, powerful, hot shower! Couldn’t fault this place as a lovely base to explore Ella

We were stunned by everything at Jetwing Kaduruketha. Our Villa was perfect. Spotlessly clean with a gorgeous view over the paddy fields. The service was unobtrusive but excellent. The food exceptional and our butler (who we called Can Do because he could do everything) was special. We will long remember him and his smile. We learned that most of the staff come from the local village & you could feel their happiness & camaraderie in being there. We cycled to the village where the local...

Wow, what a place! Loved our room with patio and the views were just to die for. Great view of the Ella waterfall which you could hear from the property. The owners were lovely and very helpful. Lovely cup of tea on arrival and water whenever you need it. Breakfast was amazing and huge. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay in Ella as it was nice and peaceful and oh, did I mention those views!
