"Quiet, clean, comfortable place to stay. Free parking, private onsen available if you have tattoos, free alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks available in the lounge (selection of spirits). 7 Eleven at the bottom of the driveway. We had a spacious room. I was a little worried as this place only had 1 review when I booked it, but it was just perfect. Would definitely recommend."

"This was such a lovely spot to stay. A very authentic and peaceful Ryokan experience in a beautiful setting. The room was much larger than I expected with a relaxing forest outlook. The staff were very helpful and accomodating, providing a lovely breakfast of pastries and even a lift up to the train with our luggage when we left. "Beautiful, the in room onsen was amazing and the room was awesome. Great staff. Great location. Wish I could stay for longer- perfect to break up the hustle and bustle of the big cities. Make sure you arrive early- all of the attractions close around 5 pm, which I didn’t realize, but the staff stored my luggage while I went to explore on check out day. The only thing that wasn’t amazing was dinner, but I didn’t go for one of the higher priced wagyu steaks. Otherwise , a perfect stay."

"A nice getaway into the mountains of Hakone. The private onsens were really nice and relaxing (about $15 USD for an hour), easy to book too. The massage services were wonderful as well. My wife and I got breakfast and dinner included in our stay as well which had a pretty good variety and quality to it. Convenient too since there are not really any restaurants nearby but you can get to one if you take the bus or walk for a bit. Great staff, clean facilities. The washer dryer situation was rough....

"Fabulous location very close to the train station and the local shopping street. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable and a little bit bigger than other rooms I have stayed in Japan. The layout of the space was very clever also making it feel bigger. We had a very comfortable stay."
