Given that this is an Andaz property, we expected a higher standard of maintenance and responsiveness. On a positive note, the location in Sanur is pleasant and quiet, making it suitable for relaxation. However, the beach area is quite public. A more private setting would have enhanced the experience, as there were street vendors frequently passing by offering services and products.
