Super excellent staying

It’s excellent place to stay. Clean, spacious, location is prime. The important part is the hospitality and the service is super excellent. The staff from security, receptionist, house keeping are super friendly and helpful. Definitely will recommend to my friends and family and for sure I’ll be back

Staff are friendly and helpful. We did not dine in the Residence dining because it is right next to the mall with restaurants, coffee shops, and food court. Room has microwave oven, refrigerator, and drinking water and dispenser, and balcony. The only drawback is the gym is very small with no basic amenities like towels or drinking water.

Room was spacious and clean. Had washing machine and dryer which was great. Very different to a resort style hotel. No swim up bar , very basic buffet breakfast in adjoining hotel.

We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment that was very comfortable and perfect for a family. The beds were cozy, and the air conditioning worked efficiently, which was a big plus. There was also a water dispenser in the apartment, which was very convenient. The hotel is located about 1.2 hours from the airport, making it a practical choice for a short stay before a flight. Breakfast offered a decent variety, though the coffee was quite weak.

The property is located in the heart of Bali (Kuta area) and easily accessible through the Beachwalk Shopping Centre by walking or through the side entrance via car. Overall was good. Just that we saw the house keeping wearing shoes into the unit even after mopping. Should have removed shoes. Not enough bin in the unit.

Quiet, clean and convenient place

The suite is big and clean, suitable for a big family or groups of friends. Pretty well equipped and strategically located at a famous mall Beachwalk Mall, with a cluster of other hotels and plenty of food and shops within walkable distance. Very quiet and although there was renovation during our stay, the noise and dust level was kept to a minimum. Only downside is that we hoped for a late checkout but was not granted as told housekeeping will take longer for the large apartment space - we kept our luggages with the reception. Good stay and will recommend if you are in Kuta with a large group of 4-6 pax!

BEST LOCATION & STAFF

Everything was superb! Our room (L1) is quite spacious and great design. Best location in Kuta, connecting with Beachwalk Shopping Centre, it’s so convenient, especially during rainy season. We enjoyed the beautiful sunset from the top roof Beachwalk Shopping Centre. It was absolutely beautiful and so easy to reach. All staff were friendly and helpful. Thank you Pa Domi and his team for the best assistance. It was really great and memorable. Also, thank you so much for my birthday cake. Breakfast at Yellow also wonderful, I love Indonesian rice porridge, Indonesian desserts and homemade herbal drinks “Jamu” and the staff there were friendly and helpful too. Thank you so much for making my days in Bali so memorable!

ウォーターサーバーあり。 部屋によると思うが、洗濯機が部屋にないので、そこだけ注意。 眺めもよく、ショッピングセンター併設なので、何にしろ便利。 エントランスの目の前からmaimaiバスが発車するので、bingtang supermarketに行くにはとても便利だった。
