an amazing place that is run by Australian owner who is always around for suggestions and help.Its got to be the nicest place in Kuta and actually Lombok.Staff is amazing and the Breakfast is 1st rate.Its very hard for me to go back to Canguu. 10 out of 10

Our stay at Jivana Resort in March was amazing. We had a one bedroom villa and it was just blissful and super quiet, just what we needed. The bed was super comfy. The restaurant staff at breakfast were very friendly and breakfast was delicious everyday. We didn’t see anyone eating there at night. Only negative would be that the water from the shower, bathroom and kitchen had a bit of a stench which was very off putting during a shower. Overall our stay was amazing. The grounds are kept immaculately and it’s just beautiful walking through.

The true meaning of a restful vacation
The experience when entering into Jivana Resort is everything you hoped it to be when booking. All staff at Jivana Resort are extremely polite, hospitable, professional and extremely thoughtful. Adrian and the management team are always very hospitable and were available to make your stay memorable. I personally sent emails to confirm transfers and to notify the management of Jivana Resort that our flight had been delayed and within minutes I received a response of acknowledgement which was pleasing to receive. The poolside villas are lovely, and the King bed is of great quality ensuring a good sleep! The facility was maintained at a very high standard and the pool area, restaurant and common area were impeccable. Jivana Resort is certainly the place to stay in the South Lombok (Kuta) region! We loved this place. The rooms were lovely, the bed was super comfortable, the whole room was super comfortable and spacious with a huge outdoor bathroom. It’s in a great location. The staff were fantastic and the breakfasts very delicious. We found the pool to be too hot (an Indonesian/humid climate thing?) and the wifi was no good. And yet I’m still giving it a 5 because it’s just that nice and very affordable. Even the linens were excellent.

Very good!
This was our third time here, we have been living on part time in Lombok since many years and sometimes we take a mini holiday away from every day life. This place is just great in every aspect; very nice staff, good food, great pool area. But the best part are the extremely comfortable beds, pillows and sheets! Makes you want to really relax. We have stayed in several other hotels in Kuta and none of them is even close to this when it comes to comfort and service. We will be back for sure!

Shower room and toilet is totally outside Feel weird to shower, and shower head was broken , water came out badly. Requested to reception, but nothing changed . Sink drain is bad , once you use water for 30 seconds after you should stop water for a while to let water out of from sink. There is spa in room massage. I did 75 mins massage plus 10 mins free massage Massage lady prepare thing in the room for 20 mins After i signed on the board , i put time 20:40 pm And she finished massage 21;40 pm I asked her is it 60 mins massage or 85 mins massage. She said that my booking was 20:20 pm Then is it no problem? You prepared thing to do massage in the room for 20 mins , is it all included in the massage time..? More funny thing , when i talked like that, she said will give 25% discount, i dont want to get deal with her, but she forced me to sign on the bill, i just took bill and went to reception to complain, receptionist said will check Next day , their answer is same , they will give 25% discount, thats it. There is no customer service at all. This spa price 21% additional for tax. And massage lady didnt wash my feet just touch directly with oil, and touch all my body with same hands. I just arrived and was very tired so asked to get massage immediately, can u guess how i felt dirty, I refused her to touch my face and hair. It was terrible my spa experience ever ..
