A nice and clean place with good service

This is a hotel in a quiet living quarter of Kiev, not too close to a metro station, but still well connected to two of them (from different lines) by a bunch of trolleybus, bus and minibus lines, all having a stop less than 200 meters from the hotel building. The hotel is near a big boulevard, so it's not really a very quiet place, but if you are ready to sacrifice the open windows and choose to use the air conditioning instead, the quality of the windows is so good that you are getting an almost perfectly quiet environment. The wifi quality is good, the quality of the breakfast offered is not bad for the price either, even though in absolute terms I wouldn't say wow about it, cleanliness is great, service is OK. Overall - a 4/5 is well deserved for the price. Of course, I would prefer a centrally located hotel from a popular international chain, but their prices are times higher. Way over what I would expect having in mind the living standard of Ukraine.

It’s dirty! Reception is sleeping past 12 am, HOTEL DOORS ARE CLOSED AFTER 12 am. Location is the worst and nothing around it. You will spend more on taxi, I suggest reserving a better hotel. We ended up checking out early and reserved a better hotel. Terrible service!

This is the third or forth time I have stayed at this hotel and I will not do so again. Despite repeated requests for a room away from the road, much to my irritation, the road room it was. The traffic on this road is horrendous and there is no chance of getting any kind of sleep.

OK for one night, not the best part of town

Usual problems of a decent-looking-on-photos non-chain hotel for suspiciously low price in this part of the world. Photos are better than the property in reality, in fact you get a relatively new hotel in a part of town you wouldn't otherwise want to be, nice design ideas but very cheap materials, not too comfortable beds - beware instead of a proper double in most cases you'll get two single with sensible gap in between. Otherwise nothing to point out. OK for one night but mind the further it gets the less maintained it will be.
