"The room was not cleaned 2 days of our stay. We had to ask to have the room vacuumed The staff do not even acknowledge you. The kitchen wasn’t stocked with coffee supplies Very poor housekeeping "

"They charge a fee if you check in before 4. We got there at 340 & they charged us $15 because we were 20 minutes early. Duh BS. Never had a hotel do that. Get to the room & there’s a big old cigarette burn on our comforter which was uncalled for. Some of the bedsheets were white while others not so white from being oops. It’s an older hotel but clean otherwise. Food was delicious. Don’t get there before 4 folks!! "

"I was told there was a shuttle 24 hours a day that was handicap accessible to the airport. The only reason why I booked this hotel was to get us to the airport. We were not able to take a shuttle because our flight was at 5 AM. Terrible experience. "
