Nohga Hotel Kiyomizu Kyoto
Overall, we loved the hotel, location and the fab rooftop bar. Great service and drinks/food there. We kept warm with heaters and blankets. Its a must do. We had a superior king room which we found a bit small. But clean if a bit bland.

Cross Hotel Kyoto
Hotel was clean, staff were friendly. Tons of food options close by. Location was great, quick walk to the subway.
