There was a lady who worked there. I believe her name was Ryo. She spoke very good english, was incredibly helpful, and just fun to speak with overall

Very clean. Check in counter was inside a coin laundromat. Person on duty spoke enough English to get the job done. Accommodations were traditional Japanese. Just like everywhere in Japan we felt VERY safe

Sound insulation is not very good so that TV sound from neighbour was heard.

Great place for a nice price. Parking is available on site, bug you gotta reserve in advance. There’s also plenty parking close by at a good price.

乾淨舒適，樓下便是洗衣店，還有很多用品租用，如電鍋等等，可租用燒烤或打邊爐，很好的體驗。
