The hotel is lovely, clean and we have no fault with our room. The room had the usual safe, well stocked fridge and a welcome hairdryer. Breakfast was in a beautiful room with stunning chandeliers, plenty of hot and continental options. Nora, who was friendly and helpful, on booking in, gave us a choice of overlooking street or courtyard. Excellent hotel. Friendly professional staff. Large choice at breakfast buffet. Really enjoyed the luxury furniture in the room Hotel is a few minutes from the funicular, port and light rail stop. We walked everywhere.

We had very good experiences at this hotel. It was close to the places that we wanted to visit. Lovely lounge area, good choices for breakfast. From 3-5 complimentary coffee and pancakes, very good touch. Light dinner was included as well which was brilliant. Bus to and from the airport stops just outside the hotel. Brilliant hotel I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Bergen for the first time.

Really comfortable hotel, central location.

Very friendly welcome on arrival and this was consistent with all staff throughout our stay. The room was phenomenal and breakfast outstanding. The evening meal on the first night was so good we went back for the following evening. I would not hesitate to recommend; a fantastic hotel and wonderful staff. Thank you.

An amazing stay and great location for exploring Ålesund. The breakfast was 10/10, so much choice and all prepared well. Room was lovely and the staff were all very helpful. Would recommend to everyone!

We had reserved a family room for five nights, but due to a delay on our flight from Manchester, we missed our connection in Amsterdam and consequently our first night at the hotel. We informed the hotel of our situation, and they were very accommodating. The family room was exceptionally spacious and well-equipped. This hotel was directly outside the Central station and located centrally to access the rest of Oslo. Just brilliant. The facilities were great, power shower was included and a wonderful buffet breakfast.

Beautiful hotel right in the centre. It was clean. The room was small but good. The shower cubicle was not great. The breakfast was very good. There were so many things to select from. Bergen is a very charming place. The prices are very high.
