"We stayed in Valencia as part of a family holiday to the Alicante region. This apartment was excellently located for the city. Easy to get to most places… very good for exploring by foot. reasonably close to the Cathedral. Clean modern apartment. Only slight negatives… 1. For a family of four, two daughters aged 14 and 10….. it was a little congested… sofa bed in the lounge meant the lounge space was confined. I think quite expensive but that could be due to the location and we booked late. ...

"Comfort: the bed is VERY firm, and the pillows are lumpy and uncomfortable. The sofa, which is a bed, is uncomfortable and difficult to sit on. Noise: the condensor for someone’s air conditioner is just outside the front door, and is very noisy - especially at night. We did not use air conditioner, so it was a mystery. The walls are very thin, and you can hear people’s conversations clearly. There were workmen drilling next door for the first 3 days of our stay. Area: Ok. Close to buses and...

"Great comms beforehand and huge help in getting us from the airport. Apartment was great, very spacious and back from the main street so didnt hear too much noise. Again, very helpful during the checkout process. Located in a really great area, walkable to metro and local sights, restaurants, etc."

"According to the advert, the apartment should have been ready for check-in at 3 PM. We arrived exactly at 3, called the owner, and were told “10 minutes.” In reality, we waited 1 hour and 45 minutes in the heat before a cleaning lady let us in and the apartment was still not ready. She was still washing, changing bedding, and drying bedsheets while we were there. The biggest issue, however, was the electricity.
