Checking in was horrible. Rude staff. Room was dirty. Pool area apocalyptic. The hotel was falling apart. Just not great

The room is small, room for two should have two chairs, no any coffee and water boiler in the room and the fire alarm started and wake us up, no one appologized for the inconvenience. after all the rate around 6/10

There’s mice. Also no contact with management through Expedia or calls/chat. It’s unfortunate because it’s a nice place and convenient area. The cleaning staff is nice, but don’t speak English or French. But with issues of late night noise and screaming, there’s nowhere to get in touch with building ...

Had a really great stay here! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly like the photos. The host was super friendly and easy to communicate with, which made everything smooth. The location was also convenient and close to everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again
