"Very friendly helpful staff. Very good Costa Rican style breakfast served in beautiful courtyard. Rooms were fairly simple with ceiling fan and one extra fan as well as bathroom. The ceiling fan worked well enough that we didn't use the extra fan even though the day temperature was approximately 35C."

"The room was very clean and the food in both restaurants was delicious. I loved the pool area with swim-up bar and different hot spring pools. The activities on the property are fun too - zip lining, horse riding, and river tubing. "

"Nice clean hotel and great pool. Proximity to the airport was why we stayed here. There is a few restaurants, a brewery, and a mini super market within walking distance. The airport shuttle runs every 15 minutes, but be sure to make a reservation as it gets full quickly and most guests didn't realize they had to book a spot, this made for a chaotic scramble to get on at our reserved time."

"Noisy from highway if you have a room at front of building. Did not feel secure. Small rooms for 2 double sized beds. We barely fit with our luggage. "

"We have a family member either celiac and were thrilled to find the entire hotel was gluten free. We thought it was beautiful and well maintained. We thought some of the adventure guides could have been better, but we otherwise loved our experience and would highly recommend the hotel."

"We only stayed one night when travelling through, but wished we would have had more time to enjoy the horse riding and ziplines. The dinner and breakfast was prepared for us by wonderful staff, and they catered for vegan, vegetarian and carnivores in our family group, including our 2-yr old grandson. We enjoyed the pool and waterslide during our brief stop, and enjoyed walking around the property with company from the very friendly (but not in your face!) dogs. "The property offers a lot of activities so it’s convenient that way. The free breakfast is buffet and they also have dinner buffet for $30USD. Staff are friendly and helpful. I recommend this place if you have a big group and want to do multiple excursions in one place."

"The resort is beautiful, loved the set up and the grounds , service in the restaurant is very good , food is reasonably priced . We really enjoyed the 2 nights/days we have stayed on the resort . Beautiful birds on the property, you can see spider monkeys next to the pool . We enjoyed the thermals . The employees at the reception were very nice too."
