"There were pieces of hair around the room (on the bathroom counter, the bedding, and the counter under the TV), which was not pleasant to see. They had Dove products (hand soap, shampoo, body wash), which was nice. The breakfast was also really good - they had typical options like bread, eggs, and bacon (as well as churros). It tasted much better than the breakfast at most hotels! Also, the shuttle bus to the airport actually costs 6 euros, not 5 euros."

"The staff were very helpful. My wife left her handbag outside reception, and 1 hour later thinking we had lost it, the reception staff found it and were able to return it. :)"
